MAK Jobs is recruiting Contracts Recruitment Consultants to join our team; you will be based in our modern Rugby office.

You will be responsible to manage established industrial contracts. In return, we offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission.

If you are experienced in recruitment and enjoy delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates, this role is for you!

You will be working Monday to Friday from 8:30-17:00 with some flexibility required.

You will also have access to a pool car, career progression opportunities, gym membership, and a company uniform.

You will need to be flexible with shift patterns when required

Key Responsibilities:

Resource, screen, and place candidates
Understand clients hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and candidates
Visiting clients sites
Ensure a high level of service to meet client expectations and candidate satisfaction
Working towards monthly/quarterly KPIs and revenue targets
Updating internal records
Prepare daily / weekly/ monthly KPI reports
Monitor and manage sickness and absences
Timely and accurate processing of timesheets for agency workers.
Regularly update and maintain online job postings ( job boards and social media )
On call
Any other the role associated duties

About you:

Proven experience in recruitment, deally within an industrial sector.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving results
Ability to adapt to changing client needs and be flexible with shift patterns when required
