​MAK Jobs is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client.
Location: Rugby  
Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour

Shift:Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service?

Responsibilities:
- Generate quotations and sales orders.
- Process a high volume of product orders and manage sales transactions, including invoicing.
- Handle returns and warranty claims.
- Ensure pricing and contracts are accurate.
- Work closely with finance, operations, engineering, and warehouse teams.
- Produce monthly sales reports.
- Support the sales team with operational tasks.
- Communicate customer feedback internally to enhance service delivery.
- Manage a high volume of emails.
- Build relationships with existing customers.
- Assist in arranging regular services for customers.
- Address customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolutions are met.
- Ensure every customer interaction contributes to a positive experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management that are relevant to the role.

Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Strong prioritisation skills to manage your workload effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory control and supply management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales role is advantageous.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
