​MAK Jobs is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Account Administrator to join their Customer Administration team. 

Location: Nuneaton
Salary: £12.12 - £13.58 per hour
Shift:

  • Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:30

  • Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00

    This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential day-to-day administrative support to customers and colleagues, ensuring that products are distributed accurately and on time according to customer requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
    - Generate daily reports for internal and external stakeholders
    - Coordinate product shipping, including booking slots, establishing couriers, providing driver details, and tracking parcels in line with customer specifications.
    - Manage stock movements and transfers using the WMS system.
    - Collaborate with departments to plan and cost pre-retail requirements.
    - Collect data to produce invoices and resolve any Purchase Order issues as needed.
    - Complete tasks in accordance with customer requirements and agreed timelines.
    - Offer guidance, support to your team members.
    - Ensure timely completion of tasks.
    - Attention to detail.
    - Perform additional responsibilities as directed by your Line Manager to meet business needs.

    Essential Skills and Experience:
    - Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
    - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively within a daily work allocation and defined timelines.
    - Accuracy and reliability in all tasks.
    - Strong administration and organizational skills.
    - Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

    Additional Key Skills:
    - At least one year of experience in a similar role and environment.
    - Familiarity with industry practices.
    - Understanding of organisation, planning, records management, and general administration principles.
