MAK Jobs is recruiting on behalf of our client Personalisation / Warehouse Operatives

Location: Lutterworth 
Salary: £12.44 - £13.94 per hour
Shift Pattern:  Tuesday to Friday: 14:00 – 22:00  Saturday: 11:00 – 19:00 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality standards, experience working with printers, and be computer letirate. . If you have great attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards, we want to hear from you!

Key Duties: 
- Perform all packing tasks within KPIs. 
- Stamp and conduct quality checks on products. 
- Prepare orders for embossing and engraving. 
- Accurately and efficiently pack stock. 
- Report any order discrepancies or quality control issues to the line manager. 
- Maintain a high level of quality control on all items. 
- Perform all warehouse tasks.
- Ensure that the warehouse remains clear and tidy at all times. 
- Assist other warehouse departments as needed.  

Requirements: 
- Experience in a warehouse or packing environment is preferred. 
- Familiarity with quality control standards. 
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. 
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly. 
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
