MAK Jobs is recruiting a Warehouse Coordinator on behalf of our client.

Location: Daventry
Hours: 06:00-14:30 (with overtime required during busy periods and paid accordingly)
Salary: Between £26,000-£26,500 per annum (with a potential increase after 13 weeks of employment)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all day-to-day tasks are completed to a high standard and on time
- Manage team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Conduct shift briefings
- Meet customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Support Workplace Improvement (WI) audits and Health & Safety responsibilities
- Schedule inbound shipments and assist with goods booking
- Support stock team with physical inventory (PI)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and engage the team
- Perform other standard warehouse management duties as required
