Recruitment Administrator

Job description

MAK Jobs are looking for a Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to join our team.

The role is for those with longer term ambitions and who want progression.

Working hours: 

08.30 - 17.00 - Monday to Friday ( although flexibility is essential for this role)

Salary: up to £25,000 per annum 

Location: Rugby

The Role:

  • Posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date internal records

  • Answering incoming calls and emails

  • Greet office visitors, answer, and direct phone calls

  • Updating excel spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy

  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

  • Screening resumes and applications 

  • Conducting phone screenings 

  • Document checking to ensure compliance with all legal requirements

  • Referencing candidates 

  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities.

  • Undertake general office and administration duties as required
