​MAK Jobs is recruiting Recruitment Consultants with experience in  Industrial and Driving sectors to join our team, based in our modern Rugby office.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for winning new clients. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £33,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. At MAK Jobs your earnings are unlimited!

The role will involve working Monday to Friday from 8:30-17:00 with some flexibility required.

The Role:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities (over the telephone and face to face)

• Understand clients hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions

• Resource, screen, and place candidates

• Provide insights and advice to clients and candidates

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and candidates

• Ensure a high level of service to meet client expectations and candidate satisfaction

• Utilise various recruitment channels including job boards and social media

• Working towards monthly/quarterly KPIs and revenue targets

• Updating all internal systems

About you:

• Proven experience in recruitment and sales

• Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new business

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving results
