MAK Jobs is recruiting Stock Control Administrators on behalf of our client .

Location: Daventry

Salary: £12.00 - £13.56 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a thriving team in Daventry. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient stock management and maintaining high standards of stock control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls with professionalism and confidence.

- Stock Management: Manage stock queries and ensure high standards of stock control are maintained.

- Problem-Solving: Use your initiative to address and resolve any situations that may arise.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the Stock Controller to log and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

- Teamwork: Contribute effectively in a team environment, maintaining excellent relationships with the Warehouse Team and clients.

- Reporting: Produce reports as requested by line managers to support operational needs.

- Training: Attend departmental training as required to ensure compliance with IIP standards.

- Performance: Ensure the efficient and effective achievement of all operational targets and key performance indicators.

Key Accountabilities:

- Produce reports as requested by line managers.

- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards problem-solving.

- Deal with incoming and outgoing calls politely and confidently.

- Contribute effectively in a team environment.

- Attend any departmental training as required in compliance with IIP.

- Maintain high standards of stock control.

- Liaise closely with the Warehouse Team to ensure all stock issues are resolved efficiently, accurately, and professionally.

- Ensure that all issues are logged and resolved quickly and efficiently. -

- Maintain an excellent working relationship with the client.

- Achieve all operational targets and key performance indicators efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong communication skills with a polite and confident telephone manner.

- Previous experience in stock control or warehouse operations is desirable.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using reporting tools and software.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
